Barış ÖZGÜNAY graduated from Ankara University, Department of Geological Engineering. He has been working in the field of IP Rights since 2007. He joined Yalçıner Patent in 2009 and has taken part in every facet of patent prosecution ever since. As the Deputy Director of Patent Department, he oversees the technical procedures such as patent drafting-filing and additionally coordinates administrative & technical aspects of patent prosecution. He is also the IT Director acting as the decision maker and supervisor for all IT related matters.
